I am very excited to be bringing my teaching and coaching to Persimmon CC and to all golfers in the Portland area.
My teaching knowledge comes from my 42 year journey with the game of golf, where I have been a competing Tour professional, caddy and Instructor.
My philosophy on instruction is to keep things fun and engaging by using drills that provide scoreable feedback. By using feedback based drills that you can score, you are able to better monitor progress over time when practicing on your own.
At Persimmon Country Club our practice facilities include a covered driving range (grass tees in the summer), short game area, large putting green and NEW in 2024 a Trackman indoor simulator room. All lessons can include use of launch monitor data at no additional charge.
