I’m **Jason Manke,** a **Certified PGA Professional in Instruction and two-time Wisconsin Teacher of the Year**. My coaching career has spanned decades, working with **beginners, high-level juniors, and competitive players**. I’ve had the privilege of coaching the **Wisconsin Junior Player of the Year** and many who went on to play in college.
My philosophy is simple:
✔ **Learn from the green backward** – A strong short game and mental focus will lower your scores faster than anything else. ✔ **People learn differently** – Knowing that everyone learns slightly differently, from spoken word to visual, or putting them in the right positions - communicating effectively is paramount. ✔ **No gimmicks, just fundamentals** – Even though we will use modern technology from time to time, mastering the basics leads to long-term success. ✔ **Expect results but put in the work** – I coach just as hard as my students practice. Consistency is key.
Full swing lessons take place at **Trappers Turn Golf Club** in Wisconsin Dells, and short game lessons happen at **Legacy Three Golf at Century Oaks** in Rio, featuring an award-winning **private short-game facility**. We have a short game area (a bentgrass green with multiple bunkers), a real-grass tee, and mats. Times will fill up, and I’m excited to help your (or your child’s) game improve!
