Golf didn’t come into my life early—it found me exactly when I needed it most.
I discovered the game in my mid-40s during a challenging season, when I was searching for clarity, confidence, and a fresh start. What began as a way to cope quickly became something much deeper. Golf gave me structure, discipline, and peace. It taught me patience, resilience, and how to keep moving forward one swing at a time. Through faith, perseverance, and this game, my life was transformed.
Today, I’m a **PGA Class A Golf Professional**, but more importantly, I’m someone who understands what it’s like to start later, struggle, and rebuild. That’s why my coaching approach is different. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all instruction. I meet every student where they are—whether you’re brand new to the game, working through a slump, or chasing your best golf yet.
As a coach, my focus is simple:
- Build **confidence before mechanics** - Teach **clear, repeatable fundamentals** - Create a **welcoming, pressure-free learning environment** - Help you enjoy the game as much as you improve at it
I’m passionate about growing the game and making golf accessible to everyone. I’m especially committed to supporting players who may feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold” of traditional golf. Golf is for everyone, and you belong here.
Beyond the course, I’m a pastor, author, life coach, husband, and proud father of five. These roles shape how I teach—because golf is never just about golf. It’s about growth, mindset, discipline, and learning how to trust the process. My goal isn’t just to help you hit better shots—it’s to help you believe in yourself, on and off the course.
