## About Paul

Paul is a PGA Professional and Life Member with over 35 years of experience in competitive golf and instruction. His expertise and dedication to teaching excellence earned him the 2011 Southern Ohio PGA (SOPGA) Teacher of the Year award. Paul's competitive background includes playing on the Hooters Tour and Korn Ferry Tour, where he established three course records, including an impressive 59 at California Golf Course in Cincinnati. This high-level competitive experience gives him unique insights that he brings to his teaching.

Paul is a Stack and Tilt Network Instructor and places a premium on on-course instruction, believing that real improvement happens when golfers learn in the environment where the game is actually played. He combines modern technology—including launch monitor analysis and CoachNow video feedback—with practical, on-course coaching to create individualized improvement plans for each student.

Currently teaching at the Golf Club of Dublin and multiple indoor facilities, Paul works with golfers of all abilities and ages. His career includes 9 years with GolfTec, nearly a decade as PGA Director of Instruction at Tartan Fields Golf Club (2002-2011) and earlier positions at Kenwood Country Club and Beckett Ridge Country Club in Cincinnati.

Paul is also the author of "Banana Putting: Putt Better Tomorrow - 5 Simple Steps," an innovative putting guide that has sold in 14 countries. His coaching philosophy centers on "Guaranteed Golf Results" and "Coaching to Goal Achievement," emphasizing course management, equipment analysis, and personalized development strategies that help students reach their full potential.
